As a Spiritual Counselor I kindly invite you to Awaken...
The mind is a very busy place and is forever processing a steady stream of endless thoughts. These thoughts can naturally bring forth a wide spectrum of emotion, ranging from total bliss to intense anxiety, stress or fear, all in a matter of moments. Compounded with our jobs, personal relationships and other obligations, all of this is bound to take its toll on our lives. We all long for a sense of balance and peace, but it can be very difficult to realize within ourselves.
I sincerely believe each one of us possess the tools within ourselves to clear most any obstacle that blocks our path or hinders us from experiencing the freedom and happiness that is our true nature and birthright. My goal is to awaken you to what has been inside you all along.

About Me~
I first realized the Spiritual Path many years ago.
There were two events that would change the course of my life and awaken me to the true beauty of living...
I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer when I was pregnant with my only son. I was twenty three years old at the time. That was over ten years ago and to this day the Cancer continues to live in my body. Eleven surgeries (and various other treatments) later, I continue my journey with this dis-ease. My personal journey with Cancer has been a guiding force in helping me help others awaken their inner strength and realize that there can absolutely be peace in this life...even in the midst of personal crisis.
The other life-changing event was the sudden death of my beloved mother. She was diagnosed with Renal Cancer in late 2004. Unlike me, she wasn't to survive her Cancer. It was only nine months from her diagnosis to her death. She died June 18th, 2005 at age 59. This experience would turn out to be the greatest teacher I'd ever had. I am eternally grateful to have spent nearly every moment with her in those final months. Through the dying and grieving process, my Spirituality was not only the porthole to a deeper understanding of life and death, but an undeniable key to awakening my true nature and realizing my soul's purpose.
